Pre-existing Data is a key feature in ROOK that enables the extraction and processing of users' historical information. This allows clients to access previously recorded data, providing a head start in understanding user health patterns without waiting for new data to accumulate. The data is versatile and can be used for a wide range of purposes, including enhancing descriptive analyses, supporting tailored health recommendations, or any other applications you may require.

This option can be configured in the Customize ROOK section of the portal, where the feature can either be enabled or disabled. If disabled, pre-existing data will no longer be retrieved when a new user is linked. If enabled, historical data will be fetched and made available within 24 hours of linking.

Learn how to enable the Pre-existing Data feature in your ROOK account to gain insights into the activity of your users before linking them to your ROOK account.
